The base wines are made from a selection of the best vineyards in the region.

This Rosé gets is colour and lifted personality from a small addition of still red wine before secondary fermentation. Optimal maturation has revealed the full complexity of this cuvée and given balance and aromatic mellowness. Prolonged contact between the lees and the wine has perfected its harmony. Their wines are kept for a minimum of three years then after disgorgement, they are rested for another three to six months before they are ready to be opened and enjoyed. The wines delicate and vivacious bubbles are the result of that ageing period I mentioned of over 36 months.
In the glass this Champagne has a soft pink colour with luminous glints of wild roses. A base of 20% reserve wines, (both white and red grape wine), gives this rosé blend a subtle, yet complex personality. The initial fragrances on the nose are from the added elegant red wine which is redolent of home-made strawberry jam mixed with the flavours of blood peach. On the palate there are rich warm notes of gingerbread and cinnamon. The mouth-feel is rich and powerful offering a burst of wild strawberry, raspberry and blackberries nestled in velvet sorbet characters leaving you with a bright and refreshing finish. Chill and serve at 8-10°C.

A prestige cuvée Rosé Champagne with structure.

Drinking perfectly well this summer season; and over the next 2-3 years.

Perfect wine pairing with hors d'oeuvres, shellfish, delicate Asian dishes and strawberry cheese cake, enjoy.
