Along with their vineyard practices and the areas mild climate, this results in delicate wines with natural flavours and character of their origin and grape variety.
The fruit for this wine has been picked ripe and then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to produce a wine which is both delicate, fruit forward with fine minerality and silky acidity.
In the glass you have a pale straw colour. On the nose this wine has expressive, wonderful aromas of pear, subtle floral and exotic notes along with a clear mineral profile. The palate is made in a light off dry style, with ripe green pears and white peaches, all balanced by delicate mineral characters and moderate acidity. This cool climate Grauer Burgunder (Pinot Gris) finishes bright and refreshing. Chill and serve at 8-10°C.

A delicate and bright Pinot Gris.
